How do we deal with conflict? Is it worthwhile to even do so? Can we be candid in compromising?
In this ‘flourishing class’ we offer some practical ideas and exercises in order to face this question together. We will explore if and how it is possible to react in a way that is both candid and connecting, based on interdisciplinary theories, disruptive exercises, and our own personal experiences.
